With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ester Tackett of Jeffersonville, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 17, 2024 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bud Rogers and Etta Hatton Rogers; her husband Robert Tackett; her daughter Sheila Kiser; her brother Albert Rogers; and her grandson Jason Williams.
She is survived by: her son Gerald Ingram (Judy) of Jeffersonville, KY; her brothers, Jackie Rogers of Jeffersonville, KY and Lester Rogers (Maxine) of Frenchburg, KY; and her grandchildren, Geramie Ingram (Courtney), Ryan Willimas (Allie), Jeffrey Kidd (Jessica), Tosha Hay (Brandon), Jake Williams (Rachel), Kamryn, Sadie, Lucy Elizabeth, Tristan, Ella, Roland and Lucy Faye.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Taul Funeral Home Chapel (109 E Main St, Mt Sterling, KY 40353). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at the Lovely-Amburgey Cemetery (11331 Main St, Jeffersonville, KY 40337).
