He was predeceased by: his son Ellis Ray Kendrick; and his sisters, Marie Martin, Mary Jo Martin, Phyllis Stone and Nancy Baker.
He is survived by: his children, Beverly Simpson (Ewell) of Mt. Sterling and Ricky Kendrick (Lisa) of Jeffersonville; and his brothers, Alton Kendrick, Jr. of Jeffersonville, Michael Kendrick of Jeffersonville and Darrell Kendrick of Mt. Sterling. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandson.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Herald & Stewart Home For Funerals (1002 Woodford Dr, Mt Sterling, KY 40353). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
