He was predeceased by: his mother Lena Risner Howard; his children, Eddie Junior Howard, Crystal Gail Howard and Kimberly Howard; his siblings, Goble Howard, B. J. Howard, Roscoe Howard, Dillard Howard Jr., Marvin Risner, Butch Risner and Bernice Risner Short; his grandson Michael Guffey; and his great grandchild Jeremia DeWitt.
He is survived by: his father Dillard Howard; his wife Linda Jolly Howard; his children, Robert Dean Howard (Tracey) of Ohio, Jessica Powell (Brandon) and Angela White (Randy); his siblings, Ira Howard, Ernie Risner, Paul Howard, Samuel Howard, Mary Louise Booth and Parrott Marie Sapp; his grandchildren, Stephanie DeWitt, Brittany Bailey, Bracken Powell, Coledon Powell, Cheyenne White, Emily White and Tanner Guffey; and his great grandchildren, Brayden DeWitt, Skyler DeWitt, Kirah Williams, Carter Compton and Kain White.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be made to the funeral home to help cover expenses.
