She was predeceased by: her grandson Benjamin Willoughby; and her sisters, Beulah Barnett, Katherine Bowen, Thelma Smith and Molly Wise.
She is survived by: her sons, Gary Willoughby (Arlene), Kenneth Willoughby (Janet), Fred Willoughby (Billie Jo0), Keith Willoughby (Ramona) and Robert "Bob" Willoughby (Imma); her grandchildren, Kim Page (Wes), Kelly Willoughby, Amy Burge, Kristi White, Robert Willoughby Jr., Heather Stamm (Brent), Ethan Willoughby (Cortney), Amanda Sparger (Jason) and Jordan Willoughby (Jaime); and her brother Harold Willoughby. She is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren.
