She was predeceased by: her son Carl Stephens. She is survived by: her husband Raymond A. Stephens of Jeffersonville, KY; her sons, Mike Stephens (Terri) of Winchester, KY and Robert Stephens (Sherry) of Jeffersonville, KY; and her grandchildren, Crystal Chism, Carl Stephens, Jr., Amy Ray, Jeremy Stephens, Melisha Cartwright, Ryan Stephens, Logan Stephens and Austin Stephens. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
