He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Bill" and Wilma Dean Lykins. He is survived by: his brothers, Gary Lykins (Sarah) and Randall Lykins (Lisa); his niece Stephany McCarty (Brad); and his nephew Wayne Lykins (Jen).
