He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred John and Jewell Turner Moore; and his children, Justin Wayne Moore and Jewell Ann Moore. He is survived by: his wife Lois L. Campbell Moore of Winchester, KY; his children, Dustin Moore of Owingsville, KY and Brittany Moore of Jeffersonville, KY; his siblings, Glenn Moore of Jeffersonville, KY, Timothy Moore (Janet) of Warsaw, IN, Ronnie Moore (Shenna) of Jeffersonville, KY, Lonnie Moore of Jeffersonville, KY, Darrell Moore (Tami) of Mt. Sterling, KY and Diana Marie Taylor of Frenchburg, KY; and his grandchildren, Mason Moore and Macie Moore.
In lieu of flowers donations will be appreciated to the Taul Funeral Home to help with funeral costs.
