He is survived by: his daughter Sherry Culp (Patrick) of Lexington, KY; his granddaughters, Lucille Baker and Sharon Baker; his sisters-in-law, Rose Huff of Miamisburg, OH and Joyce Combs of Frankfort, KY; and his foster daughter Regina Purvis Goodman (Rodney) of Georgetown, KY..
