He is survived by: his wife Alice Keeton; his sons, Lowell Keeton (Judy) and Doyle Keeton (Lisa); his grandchildren, Carrie Reed (Justin), Alison Lykins (Daniel), Travis Keeton, Melanie Jefferson (Brandon) and Ashley Kelly (Gary); his great grandchildren, Jordan Wilson, Landon Wilson, Jaycie Lykins, Nolan Lykins, Adra Keeton, Cooper Keeton, Ethan Chaney, Kelly, Aria Kelly, Jack Jefferson, Lane Jefferson, Norah Jefferson and Natalie Jefferson; and his siblings, Anna Mary Howard (Akel), Ava Nell McKinney and James Ova Keeton.
