She is survived by: her children, Cathy Elam-Jewell (Michael Smith) and Jamie Hopkins (Tina); her grandchildren, Kristan Elam, Nicholas Elam, Joshua Elam (Brooke), Matthew Elam (Jessica), Braxton Hopkins and Trevor Hopkins; her great grandchildren, Chandler Quarles, Lillian King, Callista King, Cannon Lawson, Caselyn Elam, Harmony Elam, Ryker Elam, Arabella Elam, Harper Elam, Landon Elam and Addison Roland; her siblings, Lawson Perkins, Jeannie Howard, Virginia Patrick, Donnie Hopkins, Robin Hopkins, Edward Hopkins, Vaughn Hopkins, Garland Hopkins, Gerald Hopkins and Bobby Hopkins; and her close friend Jeff Sewart. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
