He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Ledford and Margie Burnett Ledford of Slade, KY.; his wife Louise Ledford; his sons, Darrell Pelfrey (Carol) and Ronnie Pelfrey (Regina); and his brother Odra Ledford.
He is survived by: his children, Lisa Blythe (Phillip) and Ralph Pelfrey (Debbie); his grandchildren, Phil II, Alyssa Blythe, Shade Blythe, Darrell, Brandon, Tommy Pelfrey, Kim Chugg, Kayla Broughton, Jessica Ledford, Patricia Arvin and Steven Flinchum; his siblings, Cleda Venters of Kingsport Tennessee, Brenda Dunn, Cynthia McDaniel (James) of Slade, Ila Allen of Stanton, Jerry Ledford (Bonnie), Dwight Ledford (Jo) of Stanton, Steve Ledford (Sue) of Slade and Dale Ledford of Mt. Sterling; and also, Timmy Tipton, Tommy Rogers, Herb Lindon, Billy Cox, David Leach and Walter Barnett. He is also survived by family members, neighbors, and friends.
