He is survived by: his children, Joseph "Andy" Watkins (Sasha) of Owingsville, KY and Kristy Watkins of Lexington, KY; his grandsons, Caden of Owingsville, KY, Christian of Owingsville, KY and J. D. Watkins of Owingsville, KY; and his siblings, Lisa Gibbs (James) of Salt Lick, KY and Kevin Watkins of Salt Lick, KY.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
