He was predeceased by: his parents, James A. Perry, Sr. and Minnie Lee Perry; his wife Jacqueline White Perry; his brothers, James A. Perry, Jr. and John William Clack; and his son Ronald White.
He is survived by: his spouse Clara Mae Patterson; his sons, Kevin Perry (Erika) of Solon, Terrell Perry (Darlene) of Nolensville and Edward White of Jeffersonville, Indiana; his siblings, Mary Gilbert of Pulaski, Noble Perry (Donna) of Pulaski, Larry Perry of Pulaski, Roxie Alexander of Huntsville and Jean Young of Pulaski; and his grandchildren, Jordan White, Kortrell White, Tayler Perry, Taylor White, Terrell Perry II, Kevin I. Perry, Jonathan Perry, Sidney Mason and Dominica Flowers. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
