He is survived by: his mother Mary Livingston; his wife Sherry Marie Livingston; his children, Ava Marie and Eli James Livingston; his father David Livingston, Jr.; his brother David Livingston III (Nicole); his nieces, Meryn, Ryann and Mara Livingston; his parents-in-law, Ines Lindner and Charles Lindner; and his siblings-in-law, Tracy Howlett (Will), Kristy Horton (Dan), Kim Fay (Michael), Chuck Lindner (Stephanie) and Jason Lindner (Brittany). He is also survived by 11 nieces and nephews.
