It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Randal Ray Powell of Jeffersontown, Kentucky, born in Louisville, Kentucky, who passed away on April 15, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Powell, Jr. and Catherine Thornhill Powell; and his brothers, Bobby and Everett Eugene Powell. He is survived by: his wife Dee Powell; his children, Shaun Powell (Kim) and Lauri Schneider (Doug); his stepchildren, Cary Dolleris (Brooke), Brandon Hager and Erica Hager; and his sisters, Elizabeth Stuart, Glenda Anderson (Rick) and Jackie Wright (John).
