She is survived by: her children, Kathy A. Potts (Kevin) and Kevin P. O'Neil; her grandchildren, Ryan Werner (Lauren) and Paige Werner; her great grandchildren, Ellie and Mila Werner; and her brothers, Ted and Jack Cook.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Owen Funeral Homes - Jeffersontown (9318 Taylorsville Rd, Louisville, KY 40299). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
