She was predeceased by: her parents, Jewell Frances Settles and Arthur B. Settles; her husband Harold Mills; her friend Butch Banholzer; her sons, John and Frank Mills; and her sisters, Jean Peak and Beverly Albrecht.
She is survived by: her significant other Butch Banholzer; her daughter Susie Ledford (Carson); and her sister Tina Attig. She is also survived by her 8 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren.
