She was predeceased by: her spouse Vitus Welby Thomas; and her parents, Lloyd Stephen and Mary Ola Bennett Foulk. She is survived by: her nephews, Jerry W. Lewis (Allison Gray) and Randy Thomas; her great-nephews, Thomas Richard Baker (Amanda) and Jeremy Fothergill (Jenny); and also, Hayden, Ava, Patience, Isaiah and Iris.
