She was predeceased by: her parents, Napolean Napier and Edith Smith Napier; her husband Charles Spurlock; and her siblings, Dale Napier Spinhrine, Martha Ann Napier Combs, Reva Napier Fritzh, Mary Lena Napier Hurt, Lotta Marie Napier Rowland, Napolean Napier Jr., Wallace Farrell Napier and Eugene Napier.
She is survived by: her children, Johnnie F. Adams (Jasper) of Jeff, KY, Cheryl Lusk Salyer (Clyde) of Hazard, KY, J. B. Spurlock (Cheryl) of Bulan, KY and Creighton Spurlock (Angie) of Hazard, KY; her brothers, Elzia Napier (Peggy Sue) of Beaver Dam, KY and Darrell Napier (Sarah) of Lotts Creek, KY; her niece Beverly Ann McPhillips; her grandchildren, Amanda (Eli), Christopher (Jessica), Elijah, Hunter, Jamie, Devin, Ashley, Megan, Robbie, Brittany and Jess; and her great grandchildren, Maci and Oakley. She is also survived by brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, great grandchildren, family & friends.
