He is survived by: his wife Roberta Coleman Tackett; his children, Samantha Ann Tackett of London and Keith John Tackett (Marsha) of London; his brother James Narvell Tackett of Pikeville; his grandchildren, Darrean Tackett (Austin Smith) and Chelsea Tackett (Jacob Taylor); and his great grandchildren, Link Smith, Copelyn Taylor and Reese Smith.
