He is survived by: his parents, Hugh Gilligan and Louise Gilligan; his children, Donna Gilligan-Stein (John), Micki Keklikian (Mark), Bernard P. Gilligan (Christina) and Daniel Gilligan (Jacqueline); and his sister Rita Johnston.
