He is survived by: his daughters, Paula Douglas (Bill) of London and Susan Holliday (Jim) of London; his sisters, Pearl Dyer and Ruth Hutt of Cincinnati, Ohio; and his grandsons, Paul Douglas, Scott Douglas and Michael Holliday.
