She is survived by: her children, Nany Lee Caudill (Canan) of Ohio, Debbie Ann, King of Jeff, KY, Terry Wayne Stacy of Jeff, KY, Charles Edward Stacy of Jeff, KY and Michael Anthony Stacy of Jeff, KY. She is also survived by brothers & sisters; nine grandchildren; ten great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
