She is survived by: her children, Pamela Farrell, Joey Farrell of Pennsylvania, Michael Farrell of Pennsylvania, Ron Farrell of Pennsylvania and Howard Sumner III of Hazard, KY; and her sister Ella Adcock. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family & friends.
