He is survived by: his mother Mary Rose Deaton Maggard (Buster); his wife Patricia Sizemore Maggard; his children, Missy Maggard of Jeff, KY, James Maggard (Lori) of Berea, KY and Michael Maggard of Jeff, KY; his brother Ricky Maggard (Donna Gail) of Viper, KY; his brother-in-law Robert Griffith; his grandchildren, Jessica, Tyler, Jordan, Steven, Rylan and Kinsley; and his close friend Paul Shepherd.
