He is survived by: his half-brother Brad McIntosh of Booneville, KY; his sisters, Wilma Mosley (Ken) of Jeff, KY, Nancy Simpkins (David) of Krypton, KY, Kathy Robertson of Jeff, KY, Susie Combs (David Roberts) of Richmond, KY and Sarah Phillips of Jeff, KY; his uncle Charles Gross (Virginia) of East Bernstadt, KY; and his nephew Jarred. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family & friends.
