She was predeceased by: her parents, David Jesse Brashear and Ora Engle Brashear; her husband John Catron; her daughter Ora Renee Trent; and her siblings, Bonnie Jean Adkins, Corbett, Lloyd and Herman Brashear.
She is survived by: her daughter Kathy Smoot (Robert) of Jackson, KY; her grandchildren, Sunshine Smoot, MD, Brian Adams (Ariell) and Jon Trent; her great grandchildren, Riley and Hayden; and her sister-in-law Julia Brashear. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family & friends.
