She was predeceased by: her parents, Roxie McWhorter (McFall) and Carlos Leslie McWhorter; her husband Wendell Clayton; her daughters, Sharon Clayton and Sandy Dean; and her siblings, Les, Wendell, Freddy McWhorter and June Johnson.
She is survived by: her daughter Tammy Maynard (James) of Jamestown, KY; and her grandchildren, Heather Rooks (Mark), Ashley Helm (Kevin), Tyler Cundiff (Jessica) and Kristina Wilson (Devin). She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren as well as a hot of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
Family request donation to the Jamestown Nazarene Missionary Fund and can be made at the church.
