She was predeceased by: her parents, Dora Polston (Lee) and Johnny Polston; her husband John Duel Combest; and her brother Tommy Polston. She is survived by: her children, Patty Wheat of Hodgensville, KY and Paul Combest of Jamestown, KY; her sister Barbara Wooldridge of Columbia, KY; and her granddaughter Laura (Mervin).
