Visitation was held on Sunday, November 3rd 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the L. R. Petty Funeral Home and Cremation Service (1765 New Columbia Rd, Campbellsville, KY 42718). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 at the Campbellsville Memorial Gardens (700 Old US 68, Campbellsville, KY 42718).
Memorials are suggested to be donations to Hospice of Lake Cumberland.
