She was predeceased by: her mother Lena Mae Brumley; her children, P. I., Scotty Appleby, Kathy Appleby and Chris Roy; and her sister Ora Reeder.
She is survived by: her husband Mark Bravard of Jamestown, KY; her children, Debbie Jones of Jamestown, KY, Junior Appleby of Jamestown, KY and Adam Appleby of Russell Springs, KY; and her brothers, Odell Brumley of Indianapolis, IN, David Brumley of Jamestown, KY, Andy Bell of Jamestown, KY, Kenneth Bell of Russell Springs, KY and Phillip Bell of Elizabethtown, KY.. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild as well as a host of nieces and nephews.
