She was predeceased by: her parents, Caleb Bernard and Helen Cooper Bernard; and her siblings, Jerry Bernard, Larry Bernard, Charlotte Ross and Geraldine Lawless.
She is survived by: her children, Derek Gossage (Katesha) of Lebanon, Allison Cubit (John) of Gulf Shores and Amanda Gilbert (Eric) of Columbia; her siblings, Ronnie Bernard (Kathy) of Albany and Bonnie Wade (Bruce) of Russell Springs; and her grandchildren, Sydney Cubit, Kyle Cubit, Xander Gossage, Natalie Gilbert, Dawson Gilbert, Bodi Cubit, Luca Cubit and Grayson Gossage.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Bernard Funeral Home (367 Main St, Russell Springs, KY 42642). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
