He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Chapman of Jamestown, KY; his children, April Brown (Gary) of Knifley, KY and Timothy Chapman (Diana) of Jamestown, KY; and his siblings, Wanda Wethington (Francis) of Russell Springs, KY, Cathy Grider, Lucy Sweigart, Rudy Chapman (Jenny) of Jamestown, KY and John Chapman (Jo). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren.
