He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Carol Scott Merideth (Arnold) of Franklin, KY; his son Chris (Laura Merideth) of Jamestown, KY; his stepchildren, Beverly Cowles of Scottsville, KY, Tori (James Goodrum) of Franklin, KY and Jason Mulligan of Franklin, KY; and his sister Treva (Eric Childress) of Park City, KY.. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
