He is survived by: his son Phillip Randall Burton (Toy) of Russell Springs; his sister Annette Godby of Cincinnati; his grandchildren, Evan Burton (Cassie Jo), Kasey Bardin (Shawn) and Tara Coomer (Adam); his great grandchildren, Reese Bardin, Blane Bardin and Max Coomer; and his caregiver Christine Clark.
