He is survived by: his wife Brenda Sue Ballenger Bunch of Jamestown, KY; his children, Douglas Bunch of Surprise, AZ and Shannon Bunch Johnson (Shane) of Russell Springs, KY; his grandchildren, Austin, Aidan and Addison Johnson; and his siblings, Edward Eugene Bunch (Judy) of Columbia, KY, Mitchell Bunch (Deanna) of Whitley City, KY, Shelby Smith (Hollin) of Russell Springs, KY, Sue Antle (Raymond) of Russell Springs, KY and Sandra Yates of Columbia, KY. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives.
