He was predeceased by: his parents, Millard Polston and Vesta Wells Polston. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Antle Polston of Jamestown; his sons, Scott Polston of Frankfort, Mark Polston (Fracoine) of Las Vegas, Shawn Polston (Melanie) of Frankfort and Josh Polston of Frankfort, Indiana; and his sister Betty Hadley of Jamestown. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
