She was predeceased by: her parents, Blanche Evelyn (Stotts) and Dr. Arch Evan Cole; her husband Gil Kempf; and her siblings, Dr. Arch E. Cole Jr. and Pat Baughman.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Stephens (Jack Wayne) of Russell Springs, KY, Karen Dyson (John) of Jamestown, KY, Kim Fenske (John) of Jamestown, KY., Robbie Kempf (Becky) of Crittenden, KY and Kevin Kempf (Debbie) of Jamestown, KY. She is also survived by 13 Grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren.
