She was predeceased by: her parents, Nellye Rose (Coffey) and Dr. Kirby S. Lester; her husband W. Elijah Coffey; and her sister Phyllis Lester. She is survived by: her daughter Laura Coffey (Mike Medina) of Chicago, IL.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews other family and friends.
