She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Lorena (Ballow) and Paul Fuller; her husband Richard Holt; her brother Robert Fuller; and her daughter-in-law Jamey Holt.
She is survived by: her daughter Ronda Salyer (Tony) of Jamestown, KY.. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren 1 great grandchild.
