She is survived by: her son Rick Neff (Dianne) of Russell Springs; her grandchildren, Brandy Dunigan, Alana Reynolds, Amber Parke and K. J. Webb; and her brothers, Ronnie Shepherd of Columbus, Ohio. and George Shepherd of Columbus, Ohio.. She is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren.
