He is survived by: his children, Melinda Belt of Jamestown, KY, Larry Appleby, Jr. (L. R.) of Jamestown, KY, Barry Appleby of Jamestown, KY, Jimmy Appleby of Russell Springs, KY and Nathan Appleby of Jamestown, KY; and his sisters, Judy Mann of Jamestown, KY, Debbie King of Jamestown, KY, Carolyn Williams of Russell Springs, KY, Virginia Huddleston of Russell Springs, KY, Cynthia Montgomery of Jamestown, KY and Kim Fayard of Georgia. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
