She is survived by: her children, Kamie Warriner of Jamestown, KY, Edna Spears of Jamestown, KY and Douglas Carnes, Jr. of Russell Springs, KY; her sister Tammy Jo Phillips of Indianapolis, IN.; and her siblings-in-law, Sarah and Phillip Polston of Jamestown, KY. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren as well as other family and friends.
