She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Lee and Pauline Coffey Womack; her son Dougie Horsley; and her sister Barbara Womack. She is survived by: her husband Darin Ettner of Jamestown; her children, Michael Ettner (Samantha) of Indianapolis, Indiana, Kyle Ettner (Jewel Arnce) of Indianapolis, Indiana and Paula Segebarth of Peoria, Arizona; her brother Rodney Womack (Lisa) of Indianapolis, Indiana; and her grandchildren, Gracie Segebarth, Maggie Segebarth, Harper Ettner and Kyson Ettner.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in memory of Joyce be made to Pleasant Hill Community Church.
