He was predeceased by: his father Oscar Sizemore. He is survived by: his mother Carol Sizemore (Marcum) of Jamestown, KY; and his brothers, Jimmie Sizemore, Joseph Sizemore, Jacob Sizemore and Jared Sizemore. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews other family and friends.

Family is requesting in lieu of flowers that donations be made to help with funeral expenses and can be made at the funeral home.
