He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Albert and Callie Russell Wooldridge; his son Stephen Wooldridge; his brothers, Alfred Wooldridge and Larry Wooldridge; and his sister-in-law Diane Wooldridge.
He is survived by: his wife Cindy Hight Wooldridge of Jamestown; his children, John Wooldridge (Marty) of Columbia and Kathy Burchett (Denny) of Wadesville, Indiana; his grandchildren, Dr. Adam Wooldridge (Kerry) of Milwaukee, Denee Riley (Nick) of Newburgh, Ethan Wooldridge of Lexington and Dillon Burchett of Evansville, Indiana; his great grandchildren, Beau Riley, Eli Wooldridge and Micah Wooldridge; his siblings, Vernon Wooldridge (Ruth) of Columbia, Tom Wooldridge of Virginia, Margaret Pierce (Delbert) of Russell Springs and Shirley Cooper (Victor) of Russell Springs; and his sister-in-law Maudie Wooldridge of Stanford.
