He is survived by: his wife Louann Caldwell (Passmore) of Jamestown, KY; his sons, Danny Dale Caldwell and Nicklas Caldwell of Jamestown, KY; his siblings, Louise Walls, Deva Swartz of Somerset, KY, Paul Caldwell and Timmy Caldwell of Somerset, KY; and his granddaughter Chloe Brown.
