It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Elkins (Jamestown, Kentucky), who passed away on March 31, 2020, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gale Elkins and Sarah Elkins (Harris); his spouse Willena Patricia Sharp; his son Carson; and his daughter-in-law Jean Elkins.
He is survived by: his sons, Rick Elkins of Valparaiso and Gale Elkins of LaCrosse; and his sister Elizabeth Todd. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; 1 great great granddaughter.
