With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jack Crabtree of Jamestown, Kentucky, who passed away on June 14, 2020 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Sallie Crabtree (Lawless) and Homer Crabtree; and his brother Marty Crabtree. He is survived by: his siblings, Anita Curry, Evie Lou Crabtree, Ernie, Johnny and Jimmy Crabtree. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
