He is survived by: his wife Debbie Justice; his sons, Dwayne McCoy (Tennille) of Phelps, Aaron McCoy (Angie) of Elizabethon and Seth (Amber) of Columbia; his siblings, Donald McCoy (Cathy) of Matewan, Marshall McCoy of Phelps, Nancy McCoy Holt (Mike) of Ceville and Karen McCoy Layne (Kevin) of Phelps; his brother-in-law Danny Hamilton of Kemper; and his grandchildren, Rachael McCoy, Laken Pauley (Eli), Ryleigh Grace McCoy, Kezia McCoy, Eli McCoy, Nevaeh McCoy and Levi McCoy.
